Can I use it on multiple cars?No—each plan is linked to a single license plate. We do offer multi-car family discounts or fleet plans if you need coverage for more than one vehicle.
Is there a daily or weekly limit?Typically, no. “Unlimited” means you may wash whenever the tunnel is open, though we do reserve the right to refuse obvious abuse (e.g., repeated back-to-back loops).
What if I sell my car or get new plates?Visit any Glide Xpress Car Wash or call our customer hotline at (901) 883-6688
Do weather or maintenance closures extend my month?Short closures are already factored into the low monthly price. Rare, extended shutdowns are usually credited automatically.
How do I cancel the plan?Cancel anytime through your online account, or by speaking with a team member. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle—no penalties or extra fees.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?Yes. You can switch tiers at any time in your account dashboard or on-site. Upgrades take effect immediately (you pay the prorated difference); downgrades become active on your next billing date.
