Terms & Conditions for Unlimited Plans

Account holders are sent a copy of these terms upon accepting and enrolling in a Glide Unlimited Club membership.

 

GLIDE XPRESS UNLIMITED CLUB – OPT-IN FOR TEXT MESSAGES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS – We want to make it easy for you to change your plan or cancel a membership.   Please review and save this Agreement for future reference. 

COURTESY RULES – Out of respect for our customers, full clothing (shirts, tops, pants, shorts) MUST be worn at all times.  No smoking, cursing or music is allowed at any time in any public area of Glide Xpress Property.   This specifically applies to the vacuum areas.  These rules will be strictly enforced, and your voluntary cooperation is appreciated. 

  1. Manage or Cancel a Membership
    To Change your Plan or Cancel a Membership, please go to www.GlideXwash.com/manage/, complete the simple form and hit the “Submit” button.   Your changes or cancellation will take effect 3 business days after we receive it.   If your credit card is charged before or during that 3-day period, your current plan will continue, and the changes or cancellation will take effect prior to your next renewal date.   
  • Cancellation requests, changing a wash plan, adding vehicles to your account or changing a credit card can be done at any wash location.
  • For your security, changing a credit card number without going to the wash can also be done by submitting the online form and a GlideCare Team member will call you and update that information over the phone
  • All changes may also be completed by calling 901.883.6688 but will take longer than submitting your request online or by making those changes at the wash location.
  • No refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations or billing periods without wash usage.
  1. Automatic Monthly Recharge – All unlimited plans are monthly subscription programs with automatic billing. The credit or debit card on file will be charged each month. Billing typically occurs on the enrollment date but may be processed up to one day early.   Cash & Gift Cards are not accepted for automatic recharge programs.
  2. One Vehicle Per Membership – Each Unlimited Club membership is valid for a single vehicle, assigned to either a license plate or RFID tag.  However, up to 3 additional Family Vehicles may be added to your membership under our Multi Vehicle Plan (MVP) at a discounted price.
  3. Promotional Offers – Promotional offers are valid one time per account and cannot be reused or combined with any other discounts or promotions.
  4. Failed Payments – In the event your credit card is declined on the renewal date, as a courtesy to you, Glide Express may attempt to rebill your card for up to 30 days.   In the event your card is declined, any promotional pricing will revert to regular price.   If you attempt to wash while your credit card is declined, you may not be able to enter the wash.   
  5. Pricing Changes – Monthly rates are subject to change. Glide Express may increase pricing without individual notice. Any rate changes will be communicated through signage at all locations at least 30 days in advance.
  6. Abuse or Safety Violations – Glide Express reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time due to misuse, abuse, or safety concerns, with or without notice. 
  7. Program Modifications – Glide Express may modify or cancel the Unlimited Club program or individual memberships at any time.
  8. Location Closures – Locations may close temporarily due to inclement weather, holidays, or required maintenance.
  9. Enrollment & Reactivation – New Memberships must be activated at a Glide Express location. Reactivation is available at any location or by contacting GlideCare through “Manage Memberships” on our Website.

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, clickstream data
